This is a Aloha series book and was very good. Olivia ( Livie ) Wycliff just wants to curl up with a good book after the last eight weeks of none stop work , her mother will not let her it is New Years Eve ! Olivia meets her best friends Susan and Allie at Surf’s Up Saloon. Susan bets Olivia a Triple Dare Pinkie Bet that if Olivia will kiss the next handsome guy to come through the Saloon door Susan will pay for a month’s worth of Olivia’s books. Aiden Brady goes to an apartment party which as soon as he came in realizes he does not want to be there , he leaves and decides to go to the Surf’s Up as his friend Ben Kapule is the bartender .Will Olivia win her bet by kissing Aiden what happens ? So far, this Flirt is my favorite one.
I really enjoy all of the Aloha series by Chris Keniston, and she has become one of my few "auto buy" authors. Her writing is always consistently good. These little "flirts" or short stories help me during the waiting period for the next full length novel.
Such a sweet novella. A bet with friends to kiss the next guy that walks in to the Surf's Up Bar on New Years Eve has Olivia chatting it up with Aiden Brady. But the bet becomes less important than the guy himself as their conversation ensues. Aiden is intrigued by the unpretentious beauty, even more so when she explains the bet. A few dances later and the New Years count down begins.
I absolutely love this author and this series! A definite must add to your collection.
Should have liked more of a story
I found myself drawn in immediately to this story. I am actually disappointed that I do not get to read the rest of the story..
