Having read 'You Are Dead, Sign Here Please' earlier this year, and finding it to be a whack, offbeat read that got my attention and kept it throughout, I was on the prowl for a new book this week and searched for Andrews name. Much to my delight, this book showed up, and I knew I was going to take a trip to Dead Donkey yet again! Thanks to Nathan, I now know about Form 21B, and have been looking forward to vacationing in Dead Donkey in the near future.....If I can just find an airline willing to fly me. Thanks Andrew for the offbeat, the different and the strange and could ya do a girl a solid and tell Mr. Quacks 'hello' for me? Really hope we'll find out if Brian gets his reve......wi.....um, forms in order. Now readers, pick up your copy, buckle up and enjoy the ride!Product details

Just as silly and fun as the first book in the series, although I doubt that director Fulcher would agree. But the book goes a long way in explaining why there are ghosts. You have to read between the lines, literally.
It was fine. Since it was really cheap, it was definitely worth the money. I feel like he is trying to imitate the style of lots of somewhat absurd comedy writers and mostly gets it? But it feels derivative. Seems very heavily based on the Auditors of Discworld and Terry Pratchett. Which isn't a bad thing necessarily, but it isn't some profound new idea.
Though, in all honesty, I'm not sure if this is an adventure or a psychotic break. Nonetheless, if you've read the first in the series, you won't be disappointed in the second. This remains a delightful oddity.
I absolutely loved this book! It was much funnier than the first and it felt more refined, too.
Nathan's cheery insanity makes him very likeable and quite charming.
This also goes for the supporting cast. They really helped bring the world to life.
I'd really recommend this for when you need a good pick me up. It will make you feel much better!
Another great addition to the series. It is a great concept and very well written. My slight concern as I reach the end of book 2 is that it seems to be becoming a bit formulaic and predictable. I hope that the next two books will mix it up a bit and add some new elements to the story line. But I enjoyed this very much. Just not sure I want to read two more that are basically the same... All your favorite characters are back for round two in the second book in this dark comedy series. The bureaucrats are still trying to get Nathan to sign the relevant forms. The trials of being a ghost might be a metaphor for not being seen or noticed in life. The powers to be can't understand how they keep getting out foxed by Nathan. More sly humor chock full of interesting characters and situations with a side dish of revenge. Round two just as good and fun as round one. Loved it More Please!
The downside to the Sign Here Please books is that they end too soon. I had a lot of fun revisiting Dead Donkey, Nathan and all the other nut jobs. The PC semantics made me laugh arsonists = fire manufacturers; immigrants = new residents, when they used to be called "lunatics"; the transdemic Dr. Vegitillius, the art historian who prefers to be thought of as a neurobiologist ...
All the insane characters are back again, along with some new ones Mr. Quacks; the new serial killer; Vincent, the world's biggest loser; and the Cult of Dave. Once again, Stanek succeeded at making me laugh out loud. I hope Book #3 is in the works.
